| Q. Can you tile over old tiles?
A. Yes in most cases, as long as the old tiles are securely fixed to the wall. Q. Will you tidy up? A. Yes, dustsheets are used to protect carpets so your home or premises will be left clean and tidy. I pride myself on a high level of cleanliness. Rubbish will be bagged up for your disposal or can be removed for you for a small charge. Q. Do you remove furniture and replace it when the job is completed? A. Small items can be moved but you will need to make sure the room is clear of large items before work can start. This includes fridge freezers and washing machines, cookers etc. if a room is not cleared then this is a chargeable issue and is charged at ?0 per hour. Q. Will you collect my new tiles? A. Yes we can collect your tiles locally for a small charge but you will need to make sure they are paid for first, or else we can supply your tiles for you using our discounts at several chains, again tiles must be paid for in advance. Q. Can you recommend a tile supplier? A. Please see the recommended suppliers section on this website for details. Q. Can you recommend a plumber? A. I have a telephone number for a very good plumber, I can pass this on to you, but you will need to arrange dates and prices with him. Q. Do you supply the tiles, adhesives, grouts, etc? A. Most customers prefer to supply their own tiles and ofter adhesives too. |
